Flexible FitBlast

Schedules change and life get busy. At RHP Training Centre we do not believe that is a reason you should have to miss a workout. We are extremely excited to announce that launch of our NEW Flexible FitBlast Program!
You asked and we delivered! Flexible FitBlast will allow you to choose from one of 8 different FitBlast classes in order to best accommodate your busy schedule. Our FitBlast classes are lead by our team of knowledgeable and passionate instructors that are sure to put you through an amazing workout!

Rise and Grind FitBlast

Working late? Evening commitments with your children? Can’t seem to find the time? Schedules can be jam packed, and finding the time for fitness can be tough. The Rise & Grind FitBlast is an effective and efficient way to get your workout done early! This circuit style boot camp is a combination of high intensity weight training and cardio conditioning that is sure to not only help you reach your goals, but it will start your day off strong! The best part of it all, you are done with your workout by 7:00 am!! Join Us and make a commitment to get fit! Register Now!

Morning FitBlast

8 Week Total Body TRX Challenge

The Total Body TRX Program is sure to challenge you with 45 minute, fast-paced classes combining TRX strength exercises with cardio drills. This program has been created to focus on toning and strengthening your entire body, while bringing your fitness to a whole new level! Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you push through the reps at your own pace and level of difficulty. The success rate was so impressive for the first round of the challenge that we have decided to hold another 8-week session.

BYOP

Being part of this program will provide more opportunities for families to spend quality time together in every session. The concept is something that we at RHP are very excited to introduce to Sudbury. Being active with kids is an easy way to develop a common interest and make the entire family a part of creating a healthy family environment.

This program is designed for any young child regardless of ability level to learn how to move better and have fun in the process. Parents will be actively involved in the program that will provide excellent fundamental skills based on the Physical Literacy Assessment for Youth. Both children and parents will develop fundamental exercise skills that will grow along with the program.

This innovative approach to fitness with help both children and parent develop together in a fun, ever changing and family orientated environment, all the while taking home tools that they need to make better decisions when it comes to their family’s health and wellness!

We will limit the class size to 10 children and parent teams to ensure you both have the best experience possible.
