Rise and Grind FitBlast

Working late? Evening commitments with your children? Can’t seem to find the time? Schedules can be jam packed, and finding the time for fitness can be tough. The Rise & Grind FitBlast is an effective and efficient way to get your workout done early! This circuit style boot camp is a combination of high intensity weight training and cardio conditioning that is sure to not only help you reach your goals, but it will start your day off strong! Morning FitBlast

Register for this awesome morning fitness class that is an hour long and the most fun you’ve ever in a gym! The class is filled with busy people just like you doing what it takes to get in shape, led by our team of great instructors. Spots are limited for this fun for all levels program so get your spot today!
8 Week Program runs Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am to 10:00am (September 3rd to October 31st)

Register for this awesome daytime fitness class that is an hour long and the most fun you’ve ever had in a gym!
