Flexible FitBlast

Schedules change and life get busy.  At RHP Training Centre we do not believe that is a reason you should have to miss a workout.  We are extremely excited to announce that launch of our NEW Flexible FitBlast Program!

You asked and we delivered!  Flexible FitBlast will allow you to choose from one of 8 different FitBlast classes in order to best accommodate your busy schedule.  Our FitBlast classes are lead by our team of knowledgeable and passionate instructors that are sure to put you through an amazing workout!

FitBlast Punch Cards

Participate in a variety of group exercise classes by purchasing a FitBlast Punch Card.  The punch card allows you the flexibility to attend the FitBlast classes that best suit your schedule.  Check our class schedule and choose one that meets your scheduling and fitness needs.  Your card will be punched at the beginning of each visit when you check-in at the reception area.  For the convenience of our clients, punch cards will be safely stored at RHP Training Centre.

FitBlast Punch Cards are available in 10 or 20 visit denominations and can be purchased online or by calling 705-523-9427.

Rise and Grind FitBlast

Working late? Evening commitments with your children? Can’t seem to find the time? Schedules can be jam packed, and finding the time for fitness can be tough. The Rise & Grind FitBlast is an effective and efficient way to get your workout done early! This circuit style boot camp is a combination of high intensity weight training and cardio conditioning that is sure to not only help you reach your goals, but it will start your day off strong! The best part of it all, you are done with your workout by 7:00 am!!  Join Us and make a commitment to get fit!  Register Now!

Running Like You Were Born To

RHP Training Centre is excited to announce our NEW Running Program!

Running is a fundamental skill that all humans should be able to perform from childhood to old age.  However, many people have lost this ability that we are born with.  Learn how to run safely and efficiently the way that our bodies were designed to, and build on your abilities through weekly coached running sessions.  Running mechanics, programming, and recovery are a few of the important topics that will be covered over the course of this program so that you can run with more speed and less pain.  This 6 week program is perfect for anyone who is looking to get into running or for the seasoned runner looking to increase performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

June 6th, 2017 to July 15th, 2017 (Monday/Wednesday 5:00PM – 6:00PM and Saturday at 9:00am)

8 Week Total Body TRX Challenge

The Total Body TRX Program is sure to challenge you with 45 minute, fast-paced classes combining TRX strength exercises with cardio drills.  This program has been created to focus on toning and strengthening your entire body, while bringing your fitness to a whole new level!  Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you push through the reps at your own pace and level of difficulty.  The success rate was so impressive for the first round of the challenge that we have decided to hold another 8-week session.

April 18th, 2017 to June 8th, 2017 (Tuesday/Thursday 7:00PM – 7:45PM)
