2017 6 WEEK SUMMER
3ON3 CONDITIONING PROGRAM
RHP Training Centre is excited to announce the launch of our new 6 Week 3on3 Conditioning Program for the Summer of 2017! This program will consist of a Midget Boys Division, Bantam Boys Division and a combined Bantam/Midget Girls Division. Each division will be comprised of 4 teams only, with 36 players and 4 goaltenders per division.
Get the important ice time in the off-season to keep your game situation skills sharp with 3on3 games. You can gain an edge on your competition this summer with RHP Training Centre’s 6 Week 3on3 Conditioning Program. This program will give you additional practice time coupled with small area skills in order to excel next season!
Work on your creativity and experimentation in tighter spaces with less time to think. Come season time these on ice decisions will come naturally. You will get plenty of puck touches which increases confidence in your game.
This program will run from July 3rd, 2017 to August 11th, 2017 for a period of 6 weeks. All games will be played from Monday to Thursday. Each team will be guaranteed 2 games per week. Not only will you be prepared with on ice sessions, each registration also includes a 3 month gym membership (from July 1st, 2017 to September 30th, 2017) at RHP Training Centre, an RHP Training Centre jersey and hat. As well, each participant will receive ONE FREE semi-private Blade Skating Treadmill session (valid July and August 2017 only) or a $35.00 discount on a one hour one-on-one On Ice Private Session (valid July and August 2017 only). Participants are also eligible for a 10% discount on a 10 Pack of one-on-one Personal Training for On Ice or Off Ice Training (Limited to one package per registered participant).
Cost of the 6 Week 3on3 Conditioning Program for the Summer of 2017 is $295.00. All registrations can be completed online or by calling 705-523-9427.
The fast pace of our 3on3 format is also great for conditioning. It is challenging and best of all you will be having fun! Have fun this summer and train in the same way our local professional hockey players do during their off-season at RHP Training Centre!
